D3sire_To_Connect

An interactive performance installation probing relational vulnerability and the desire for connection, dissolving the proxemic barriers between performer and audience.

An interdisciplinary project investigating the universal human need for connection by deconstructing the themes of vulnerability, identity and the barriers to intimacy.

Rooted in movement research and symbolism, the work integrates choreographic practice with digital elements to generate an immersive ecosystem. Physical expression and visual imagery intertwine to provoke a direct reflection on relational dynamics.

Through this artistic dialogue, the performance dissolves the proxemic and conceptual boundaries between performer and spectator, exploring the friction between presence and absence, between the desire for contact and its actual fulfilment.
